Do I need to ring and confirm my tour?
If you have booked online through our website and have received a confirmation email, this will suffice, there is no need to ring and confirm (of course if you want any other information any advice please feel free to call we are always happy to help). You should just ensure you are at the meeting point on time. Meeting points and times are specified on the vouchers on the email.

Is it necessary to bring my email confirmation with me?
Yes it is necessary for you to bring your booking confirmation however if for some reason you have left it behind do not worry and just let your tour guide know.

Is an advanced booking necessary or can I just show up at the meeting point? If I do need to book in advance, how far in advance must I do it?
We cannot guarantee that there will be any available places should you just turn up on the day so we strongly advise that you book prior to the date of tour.

No, by booking onto one of our tours you are able to skip the lines (normally around 2 – 3 hours!) and begin your tour.

Will I be able to hear the guide?
We are not one of those companies who offer tours then after turning up you find you are in a group of 50 or 60 people! We specialise in smaller and more personal tours with a made to measure feel. The whole point in booking with us is that we are there to help you with your inquiries and are happy to give information when we can. Our group tours are usually no bigger than 20 people (often less, but occasionally, for logistical reasons this could be more), we work with one or two other partners to ensure that we always get the best available tickets and guides. Our Semi Private tours no more than 10 people and our Private tours are as small or big as you need them to be. Your guide will be on hand at all times to talk you through the tour.
